    Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived in Israel for a two-day State Visit aimed at strengthening India–Israel strategic ties and expanding cooperation across key sectors

    Tel Aviv: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Israel on Wednesday, beginning a two-day State Visit from February 25 to 26, 2026, aimed at strengthening bilateral relations amid rising global tensions.

    Modi’s aircraft landed at Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv, where he was received ahead of a packed diplomatic schedule. The visit comes at the invitation of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

    In his departure statement, PM Modi described the trip as an opportunity to further deepen the “robust and multifaceted Strategic Partnership” between India and Israel.

    He noted that relations between the two countries have seen significant growth in recent years and expressed confidence that discussions with Netanyahu would help expand cooperation across key sectors.
